We are looking for a dedicated National Sales Manager to join our team. This person is in charge of our continuous rolled laminate sales and reports to the Executive Manager over the Sales department.

Job Summary
In this position the person will get paid by an attractive set pay but also have the benefit of growing financially by growth over the division. This person will have 4 direct sales reports as well as a few direct accounts. The position will be based in Winter Garden, Florida with work hours of M to Friday 8:30 to 5:30pm with 1 hour lunch when not traveling by plane around the US.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Monitor Sales Force and make improvements within Sales Force
• Create better sales processes, KPIs
• Work with marketing to create web and email engagement
• Communicate with production and Customer Service
• Drive key deals to ensure they close

Requirements and Qualifications

• Proven sales management experience
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Desire to travel to accomplish goals
• Motivated to accomplish both short term and long term goals with long sales cycle
• Great at listening and asking questions to adapt our product offering to the market
